The Almost Basic Company it’s a multi-passion Design Firm that advocates for creative living experiences and aesthetically pleasant spaces that create a joy of living.

Miami based, but with clients all over the continent, we strive to help our clients accomplish their design goals through thoughtful design with a holistic approach. We know the impact our environment has on us, and with that in mind, we design.

01 SUSTAINABLE LIVING

We keep sustainability in the top of our priorities, introducing local products, natural and renewable materials: our holistic Interior Design addresses your health, your environment, your relationships, your thinking, and much more as you make the connections between your space and yourself.

We love creating spaces with vintage or repurposed furniture, design objects, unique pieces bringing harmony to your space, without shying away from taking risks.

02 SIGNATURE PROCESS

With an eye on detail, we work with proven and consistent systems that will streamline the design process for a more enjoyable journey: we understand that making changes or starting new projects entail a lot of stress, so we are here to take that out of your plate.

We are not in a rush - slow design makes great design. We rejoice with an incredible design, and for that, we take time. We want every detail to have an intention and a reason for being, to create a bigger impact.

03 OUT OF THE BOX SOLUTIONS

Working with a designer minimizes the furniture & finish sourcing overwhelm, as well as a compelling visual where you have set expectations on how your space will look once you purchase all the items, with the mega plus of having a functional layout. You will avoid making costly mistakes by buying pieces that at the end of the day don’t look good, don’t fit, or they just don’t go with the vibe you were looking for.
